A Skeletal Specimen of a Precious Baby Humpback Whale
The skeleton of the infant humpback whale washed ashore on Hanari Island. The baby whale seems to have lost its sense of direction due to its ears being invaded by parasites. This caused it to go astray from its mother. The Village has completed the reconstruction specimen of the whale to preserve the precious skeleton and it is now on display at our village Material Exhibition Hall.

(5 meters in length and 1 ton in weight)
